Welcome! I’m Tamara! I have had a passion for travel for the longest time. My wanderlust began with family vacations when I was growing up. As time passed, I became the one in charge of looking up things to do and the best foods to try. Eventually, the excitement I had to travel was growing by the second.
There is so much to experience on our planet, from viewing breathtaking landscapes to immersing yourself in entirely different ways of life. Therefore, I want to explore as much of it as possible! Welcome to My Elated Odyssey!
ABOUT MY BLOG
Through sharing my travels and advice, my mission is to inspire YOU to start your own odyssey. At present, I have been to 26 countries and counting and reside in central Florida. I hope my experiences give you the tools to turn your dreams of travel into a reality!
HOW MY ELATED ODYSSEY BEGAN
In the Spring of 2019, I had the chance to do a study abroad program. As a result of a trip to Paris the year prior, I chose Nancy, France. Everything from the architecture, history, and food made me love the city. I had to immerse myself in French culture. While there, I started a travel blog to share my adventures with family, friends, and students dreaming of studying abroad.
Wow, what a great choice that was! The positive feedback and interest I got made me realize that I had to continue blogging once I graduated. Travel is a huge source of joy and excitement for me. I am more than thrilled to provide my experiences and tips on Florida and other destinations worldwide.
